The first national R&D center for graphene polymer composites was launched

Release time: 2017-01-14

Jining, Shandong, Nov. 5 (Xinhua Guo Cunju, Correspondent Zhang Jingmin, Wang Wenwen) On Nov. 5, the first national graphene polymer composite research and development center was inaugurated in Shandong Lutai Holding Group. Cao Guoying, deputy director of the Department of High and New Technology of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Li Yuejin, vice president of China Cinda Asset Management Company Limited, and Tian Weidong, vice mayor of Jining Municipal Government, attended the launching ceremony.

Graphene is used as an ideal filler to prepare conductive, thermally conductive, high-performance polymer composites, and graphene has broad prospects for high-performance, high-functional applications such as lithium-ion batteries, supercapacitors, sensors, flexible displays, and supercomputers. The R&D center, the first national R&D center for graphene polymer composites, has developed two products, graphene/PVC anti-static plastic and graphene/PVC thermal conductive plastic. At present, the domestic market size of anti-static and thermal conductive plastics is over 100 billion, and Lutai Holdings plans to have a market share of more than 20%, make the first brand of anti-static PVC composite materials in China, and achieve annual sales of more than 10 billion yuan.

Cao Guoying (third from right), Li Yuejin (fourth from right), Tian Weidong (second from right), Cao Guangzhou (second from left), Rodney (third from left), Hou Shifeng (first from right) and Li Hejun (first from left) jointly launched the Graphene Polymer Composite Material R&D Center.

In his speech, Tian Weidong expressed his warm congratulations on behalf of the municipal government on the launch of the Graphene Polymer Composites R&D Center. Tian Weidong pointed out that Lutai Holdings Group, as a large state-owned enterprise, has been committed to becoming a practitioner of green development, a demonstrator of light asset operation and a leader of emerging industries.

With strong capital and first-class R&D team, it has obvious advantages in the R&D of graphene polymer composite materials. The graphene polymer composite project occupies the present and dovetails with the long term, which is a breakthrough in the city's high-tech industry and a model for the transformation and development of resource-based enterprises in the city, and is of great significance to enhance the level of high-tech research and development in the city. He hoped that Lutai Holding Group and Tai Bai Lake New Area would take the opening of the Graphene Polymer Composite Research and Development Center as an opportunity to further improve the cooperation mode, mutually benefit from each other, negotiate for a win-win situation, and make new achievements for the industrial development of Jining City.

Metal chelate chromatography affinity packing comparable to imported products

CrystaroseC FF metal chelate chromatography affinity packing has super high rigidity, higher linear flow rate up to 700cm/h, and the back pressure is close to the imported similar products or even lower. Therefore, the packing life is longer.
