Job duties:

1、Overall responsible for the department's work co-ordination, planning, arrangement, inspection, guidance, audit, implementation, assessment and evaluation.

2、Responsible for the establishment of the department's management system, including rules and regulations, job responsibilities, workflow, etc.

3、Responsible for the department's personnel recruitment and learning training.

4、Responsible for the existence of problems in the department, analysis, rectification and implementation.

5、Analyze the situation and changes of the market and competitors to provide the basis for the company's decision.

6、According to the department's annual objectives to guide the sales managers to develop and decompose the target tasks, the development of annual marketing programs and specific regional development plans together and control management measures.

7、Forecast, control and balance the department's sales execution and cost expenditure, avoiding the business risks of unconventional shipments; arrange for supervision of accounts receivable and progress.

8, enhance sales company-wide awareness of confidentiality, security awareness and energy conservation and consumption reduction awareness, the whole year to implement.

9, the development of regional agents around the region, to master the regional market and salesmen (agents) needs, mobilize positive factors, guide and adjust the sales psychological state.

10、Audit the implementation of sales reports and circulars at any time, and promptly supervise.

11、Cooperate with the engineering department to establish a sound after-sales service system.

12、Coordinate, organize and plan the major activities related to sales and supervise the execution.

13、To deal with other affairs or unexpected events assigned by the leadership.
