Octyl Crystarose 4FF(Hydrophobic Chromatography Resin)
classification:Agarose packing
Similar to Octyl Sepharose 4 FF
Product Overview
Octyl Crystarose 4 FF is an octyl hydrophobic chromatography (HIC) packing material. Its principle involves adsorbing the hydrophobic groups of proteins onto the hydrophobic groups of the hydrophobic chromatography packing material through hydrophobic adsorption in a high-concentration salt solution. The proteins are then eluted by gradually reducing the salt concentration, with proteins being eluted in order of their hydrophobicity.
This product utilizes our company's proprietary octyl agarose gel, a hydrophobic chromatography medium characterized by high loading capacity, excellent physical and chemical stability, long service life, and ease of use. It offers good batch reproducibility and scalability, making it an ideal choice for both research and production, and is fully compatible with imported products.
