Product Overview

Q Crystarose FF is a weak anion exchange chromatography medium, composed of porous agarose beads with an average particle size of 90µm chemically bonded with weak cationic functional groups. Ligand molecular formula: -O-CH2CHOHCH2N+(CH3)3.

Compared to imported equivalents, it features higher specific surface area and better biocompatibility. It maintains higher binding capacity at high flow rates while delivering excellent resolution. The large surface area enables shorter equilibration and elution times.

Product features: Fast flow rate, High rigidity, High binding capacity, Excellent physicochemical stability, Long service life, Good reproducibility, Easy scale-up.
