Crystarose 6FF is further cross-linked on the basis of traditional agarose gel filtration matrix, with greatly improved mechanical strength and exceptionally fast flow rate; de-charged, with very low non-specific adsorption and improved recovery; extremely high chemical stability, available in a variety of pro-solvents, organic solvents, and can be cleaned in situ using 1-2M NaOH. Suitable for industrial scale production.
