Alkali-resistant protein A medium Mab SE

classification:Affinity chromatography

classification:Antibody purification packing

MabSE A is an agarose bead with an average particle size of 75 um coupled with protein A protein ligand that has undergone an alkali-resistant mutation.

Product Overview

Mab Crystarose SE A is a protein A ligand that has been conjugated to highly cross-linked agarose beads through an alkaline-resistant mutation. The resulting agarose resin remains stable for extended periods in 0.1–0.5 M NaOH solutions, enabling its use in more demanding production environments. This significantly extends the resin’s service life and reduces production costs. Alkali-resistant protein A agarose resin has a wide range of applications and can be used to purify most polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies. Its features include high sample throughput, fast flow rates, and high chemical stability, enabling it to withstand online washing with up to 0.5M NaOH solution.
