Introduction
CNBr-Activated Crystarose 4FF is a CNBr pre-activated filler that uses cross-linked agarose gels with an average particle size of 45-165 μm. The activation group of the activated packing can bind to proteins, peptides and other ligands containing amino (-HN2) groups such as nucleic acids. Its advantages are mild reaction conditions, fast reaction speed, high activity, high coupling efficiency, and extremely low ligand shedding after coupling unlike similar products in the market.
