CNBr Crystarose 4B
Introduction
CNBr-Activated Crystarose 4B is a CNBr-activated filler that uses agarose gels with an average particle size of 45 - 165 μm. The activation group of this activation packing can bind other ligands containing amino (-HN2) groups such as proteins, peptides and nucleic acids. The advantages are mild reaction conditions, fast reaction speed, high activity, high coupling efficiency, and the difference with similar products in the market is the extremely low shedding of ligands after coupling.

Instructions for use:
CNBr activated agarose gel media packing can be used to couple ligands with amino groups, such as coupling antibodies to become antibody affinity columns, which can be used to adsorb enriched corresponding antigens; the affinity columns after coupling antigens can be used to adsorb enriched corresponding antibodies, etc. The coupling conditions are mild and ensure the natural activity of the antibody antigen after coupling.
