CNBr-Activated Crystarose 4B

classification:Pre-activation chromatography

The active groups of the activated filler can bind to proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, and other ligands containing amino (NH2) groups.

Product Overview

CNBr-Activated Crystarose 4B is a CNBr-activated resin that uses agarose gel with an average particle size of 45–165 μm. The activated groups of this packing material can bind to proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, and other ligands containing amino (-NH₂) groups. Its advantages include mild reaction conditions, fast reaction rates, high activity, and high coupling efficiency. Unlike similar products on the market, it has extremely low ligand detachment after coupling.
